HVAC
Bonded Logic Natural Fiber Duct Liner for use in HVAC systems is made from post-consumer recycled denim that is thermally bonded to create a high-performance insulation. Natural Fiber Duct Liner offers superior sound absorption and energy saving thermal performance, while contributing to healthy indoor air quality. The air stream surface of the Natural Fiber Duct Liner is overlaid with a durable and fire-resistant black facing that provides additional strength to the product, minimizing the potential for fiber presence in the airstream.
Natural Fiber Duct Liner contains no fiberglass and does not pose any VOC or off-gassing concerns. The insulation and the facing are treated with a non-toxic solution that actively inhibits the growth of mold, mildew, bacteria and fungi.
Uses
Natural Fiber Duct Liner is used primarily as an acoustical liner designed for HVAC sheet metal ducts to absorb unwanted noise from multiple sources and reduce heat gain or loss.
